SUPER SEALER 1 - REEL FED SEMI AUTOMATIC HEAT SEAL MACHINES
- Compact machine ideal for Delis, fast food outlets, supermarkets and restaurants who wish to supply their customers with a perfectly sealed product.
- Safe and easy to operate with capacity of 400 to over 1000 units per hour depending on chosen mode (the Super Sealer 2 can have multi cavity tooling therefore offering high production output). The container is simply placed in the holder and the Super Sealer is automatically activated. The film is then sealed and neatly cut to shape providing both a secure and well presented pack.
- Temperature is electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life. All machines have a cup counter for easy calculation of machine output.
- Also available for larger scale production is the Super Sealer range of machines that are fully automated in-line with a capacity of up to 15000 cups per hour.

SUPER SEALER 2 - REEL FED SEMI AUTOMATIC HEAT SEAL MACHINES
- Compact machine ideal for ALL production requirements using ‘cut & seal’ technology. Tooling can be 1up, 2up or even 4up depending on machine size and item(s) to be sealed. The Quick Sealer 2 can be either air operated or fully electric.
- Safe and easy to operate with capacity from 400 to 900 units per hour depending on chosen model. The container is simply placed in the holder and the Quick Sealer is automatically activated. The film is then sealed and neatly cut to shape providing both a secure and well presented pack.
